About Rowie

Hey Mama!

I'm Rowie Roche, the proud owner of RR Fitness. I live in Brisbane with my husband Dom and together we have 2 girls.

I've been a certified personal trainer since 2013 and spent this time training clients face to face in commercial, female only, rehab and private home gyms, plus outdoor boot camps.

While raising my girls I furthered my studies in women's fitness with nutrition, pre and postnatal, breathwork and female physiology.

I have a strong passion for knowledge in the fitness industry and always learning to better myself so l can best support and help my clients.

After having my girls I noticed the lack of support for mums returning to exercises. I knew once my girls were older I wanted to specialise in helping mothers learn healthy skills and mindsets that they can obtain forever. Whether that be learning correct technique for exercises, improving their energy, rebuilding their pelvic floor and core, learning to love their bodies for all they are capable of and changing their mindset around the whole idea of "what is fitness?!"
